Built in three phases from 1995 through 1997 by EYA Homes, every home features a traditional all brick exterior with rich architectural details including dormers, palladian windows, and iron railings. The community features lush landscaping, state of the art irrigation systems in all common areas, and LED landscape lighting.

Taylor

The Taylor models it the largest model available in Palisades Park. Most versions feature at least three bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus two half baths. The spacious interior feels even larger with 12 foot ceilings in the living room, vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom, and at least 9 foot ceilings in the other living areas. There are five different elevations of this model. Many of these homes feature large decks or patios with stunning views.
