Please remember that the Association does not endorse or recommend any vendor. You are encouraged to do your own research before making a purchase. You are free to use a contractor of your choosing.
The ARB has a list of the most common Approved Replacement Items which can be found in the Owner Resources section of the website. These items, if appropriate for your home, may be used without approval from the ARB to replace existing items. If you have questions, you can contact the ARB for more information. There is also a list of vendors that other owners have used successfully for various jobs. This is a resource only and not a recommended list.
